By installing and using LumiRank ("the Application", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
LumiRank is a Shopify application designed to provide SEO optimization tools and analytics integration for e-commerce stores.
2. Description of Service
LumiRank provides the following services:
- SEO audits and analysis for Shopify stores
- Keyword tracking and research tools
- Structured data (schema markup) generation
- Google Search Console integration and analytics
- Google Analytics integration and reporting
- Redirect management
- AI search visibility measurement
- SEO issue monitoring and alerts
3. Account Requirements
To use LumiRank, you must:
- Have an active Shopify store
- Install the Application through the Shopify App Store
- Authorize the necessary permissions for the Application to function
- Maintain the security of your Shopify account credentials
4. Google Services Integration
When you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics:
- You authorize LumiRank to access your Google account data as specified during the OAuth consent process
- Google Analytics access is read-only. Search Console access is used to read your search performance and to submit or remove a sitemap only when you ask for it; LumiRank changes no other Google setting
- You can disconnect these services at any time from the Search Console or Google Analytics page
- Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's Terms of Service
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the Application for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Application's functionality
- Provide accurate information when using the Application
- Keep your account credentials secure
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of LumiRank, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of LumiRank and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your store data and content. By using LumiRank, you grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely to provide our services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The Application will meet your specific requirements
- The Application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- SEO recommendations will result in improved search rankings
- Data from third-party services will always be accurate or available
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMIRANK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
9. Subscription and Billing
Certain features of LumiRank may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees through Shopify's billing system
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify admin
- Refunds are handled according to Shopify's refund policies
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LumiRank at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Request by law enforcement or government agencies
You may terminate your use of LumiRank at any time by uninstalling the Application from your Shopify store.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability
